Patient Experience & Practice Coordinator

Beauty Daily Aesthetics | Tualatin, OR

$20–23/hour DOE | Full-Time

Beauty Daily Aesthetics is a boutique medical aesthetics practice built on exceptional patient care, natural results, and meaningful relationships. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in creating an exceptional experience, and wants to grow with a practice that values kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail.

This is more than a front desk position. You'll become an integral part of a growing practice where your ideas, initiative, and contribution truly matter.

What You'll Do

Welcome patients and create a warm, luxury experience from start to finish
Answer phones, texts, and emails professionally
Schedule appointments and manage the provider's calendar
Check patients in and out
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Assist with inventory, ordering, stocking, and organization
Prepare treatment rooms and keep the clinic beautiful
Laundry, light cleaning, and maintaining a polished environment
Help coordinate marketing projects, social media, events, and promotions
Build relationships with patients and help them feel cared for every step of the way
Identify ways to improve efficiency and patient experience

Experience in aesthetics, medical offices, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
