R & R, Inc. – Working Shop Foreman

R & R, Inc. is looking for a Working Shop Foreman for their Youngstown, OH location. Responsibilities to include:

Answer customer phone calls, process paperwork, and schedule appointments for truck repairs.
Help technicians with Mack and Volvo help desk phone calls for in process truck repairs
Open/create repair orders, process, and billing.
Help mechanics with clocking on correct jobs/repairs, and assist techs
