Construction Administrator - Residential Homebuilding

A growing residential homebuilder is searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support new home construction operations in the Washington County, PA area. This is a full-time, fast-paced role with broad exposure to construction, warranty, and service functions.

Position Overview:

The Construction Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the construction team, ensuring efficient coordination across production, warranty, and service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the construction and field staff
Coordinate and oversee service and warranty processes
Prepare, submit, and track building permit applications and related documentation
Maintain organized filing systems in accordance with records retention guidelines
Utilize homebuilding software systems to manage projects and documentation
Communicate effectively and professionally with homeowners and subcontractors
Perform additional duties as needed to support operations

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel required
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
High level of organization and attention to detail
Prior customer service experience required
Previous experience in a construction administration role preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
