Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will manage a broad spectrum of human resources functions, ensuring seamless operations across talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Your proactive approach will help foster a positive workplace environment, support organizational growth, and enhance employee engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic HR planning and make a meaningful impact on our company’s success.

Responsibilities

Oversee human capital management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation to ensure a smooth integration of new team members.
Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, workers’ compensation, and leave policies such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act).
Manage employee evaluation procedures, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth.
Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations and OSHA standards by maintaining accurate records and conducting audits.
Support change management efforts by assisting with organizational design, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning.
Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM for data collection, reporting, and HR sourcing activities.
Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and tact while facilitating conflict management resolutions when necessary.

Experience

Proven experience in human resources management or administration within a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning.
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, UltiPro, ADP, or Ceridian is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition strategies including ATS (Applicant Tracking System) utilization like iCIMS or Taleo.
Excellent communication skills paired with project management capabilities to coordinate multiple HR initiatives effectively.
Familiarity with benefits administration software such as Paychex or Paylocity and payroll systems like Kronos or Dayforce is advantageous.
Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality while maintaining meticulous data entry and recordkeeping standards.
