Administrative & Inventory Support Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative & Inventory Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to keeping our store running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting both our team and our customers.

What You Will DoAdministrative & Data Entry

Enter and maintain accurate product, repair, and customer data in POS systems
Track and manage documentation, invoices, and internal records
Ensure accuracy and organization across all administrative processes

Inventory & Operations Support

Assist with receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise
Support shipping and receiving of repairs and special orders
Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing items

Repair & Order Coordination

Help track repairs and special orders from intake to completion
Communicate status updates internally to ensure smooth workflow
Support accurate intake and documentation processes

Team & Customer Support

Assist team members with operational needs
Support a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Professional communication skills
Comfortable with data entry and computer systems
Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive
Retail, administrative, or inventory experience preferred

Schedule

Full-time position
8-hour shifts
Saturday required (store closes at 3:00 PM)
Closed Sundays
