Full Job Description

The IT Procurement Analyst supports sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management of IT hardware, software, and services. This role works closely with IT, Finance, and vendors to ensure cost-effective, compliant, and timely procurement while maintaining accurate records and supporting contract and spend analysis.

Support end‑to‑end IT procurement activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, renewals, and vendor onboarding

Assist in sourcing IT hardware, software, cloud services, and professional services in alignment with company policies

Analyze IT spend, assist in tracking budgets, and support cost‑optimization initiatives

Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely fulfillment

Support contract administration, including license tracking, renewals, and compliance

Maintain procurement documentation, pricing records, and vendor catalogs

Assist with vendor performance reviews and issue resolution

Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and audit requirements

Generate procurement reports and dashboards for management review

Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and tools

Preferred Work Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or supply chain functions

Working knowledge of IT products and services (hardware, software, SaaS, cloud, licensing models)

Experience with procurement systems (ERP, e‑procurement tools, or contract management systems)

Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools

Ability to work cross‑functionally with IT, Finance, and vendors

Strong communication and negotiation support skills
Experience supporting software licensing and renewals (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, SaaS providers)
