PSI Installations is the manufacturing and installation division of Premier Showcase Inc., specializing in luxury custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and high-end residential remodeling. We serve homeowners, builders, and designers throughout Southwest Florida, from Marco Island to Sanibel, delivering exceptional craftsmanship, service, and project execution.
We are seeking skilled Cabinet Makers who are passionate about craftsmanship, quality, continuous improvement, and career growth. This position offers a clearly defined advancement path from Cabinet Maker I through Shop Lead and Production Leadership.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate has experience building custom cabinetry and architectural millwork, understands production workflow, and takes pride in delivering exceptional work.
This individual will work closely with production management, project managers, designers, installers, and the finishing department to ensure projects are manufactured accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry and architectural millwork
- Read and interpret shop drawings, cut sheets, work orders, and specifications
- Operate woodworking equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Coordinate production with project managers, installers, and the spray finishing facility
- Ensure all cabinetry and components are properly labeled and tracked through production
- Verify all parts, hardware, and materials are complete prior to finishing and installation
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure all work meets company standards
- Troubleshoot fabrication and production challenges
- Maintain production schedules and workflow efficiency
- Assist in training and mentoring junior cabinet makers
- Support team members to ensure projects are completed on time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement of shop systems and procedures
- Uphold and promote The PREMIER Standard in daily operations

Qualifications
- Experience in custom cabinetry and millwork fabrication
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to read and follow shop drawings and specifications
- Understanding of production workflow and shop operations
- Experience operating woodworking machinery and equipment
- CNC experience preferred (training available)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Cabinet Maker I
Typical Experience: 1–3 Years
- Learns company standards, systems, and procedures
- Assists with fabrication and assembly
- Develops proficiency in machinery and production methods
- Works under the guidance of senior team members
- Builds foundational skills in custom cabinetry manufacturing
Cabinet Maker II
Typical Experience: 3–6 Years
- Independently fabricates cabinetry and millwork
- Reads and interprets shop drawings, cut sheets, and work orders
- Coordinates with installers and project managers
- Maintains production quality and efficiency
- Assists with training and mentoring newer team members
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of custom cabinet construction
Senior Cabinet Maker (Level 3)
Typical Experience: 5–10+ Years of Custom Cabinetry Experience
Advancement is based on skill level and demonstrated ability, not simply years worked.
- Demonstrates advanced fabrication and problem-solving skills
- Leads projects through production from start to finish
- Reviews drawings and identifies production issues before fabrication begins
- Coordinates workflow between manufacturing, assembly, and the spray finishing facility
- Ensures projects are properly labeled, organized, and prepared for finishing and installation
- Maintains the highest quality standards
- Trains and mentors Cabinet Maker I and II team members
- Serves as a technical resource for the production team
- Helps improve shop efficiency, quality, and manufacturing processes
Shop Lead / Production Supervisor (Level 4)
- Oversees daily shop production and workflow
- Assigns labor and prioritizes production schedules
- Coordinates production with project management, installation teams, and the spray finishing facility
- Maintains quality control throughout all phases of manufacturing
- Ensures projects are properly labeled, staged, and ready for finishing and installation
- Leads, trains, and develops production personnel
- Assists with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Helps improve manufacturing systems, procedures, and efficiency
- Promotes and reinforces The PREMIER Standard throughout the shop
