Accountant

$70,000–$90,000 per year | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We're looking for an experienced Accountant who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and partnering with leadership to help drive business success. What You'll Be Doing

As our Accountant, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of several business entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitoring cash flow and assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations
Partnering with outside accountants and auditors during tax preparation and annual audits
Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls
Providing financial insights that support strategic business decisions

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Three or more years of professional accounting experience
Experience managing accounting for multiple companies or entities is a plus
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
CPA designation is a plus but not required
