In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, assembling pizzas with precision, and ensuring every dish meets our high standards for taste and presentation. Responsibilities

Prepare pizza ingredients such as dough, sauces, toppings, and cheeses with efficiency and consistency
Assemble pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications, maintaining quality standards
Ensure all food handling practices adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
Assist in menu planning by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation methods
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas throughout shifts
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by assisting with food preparation and service tasks
Follow proper knife skills for ingredient slicing and portioning to optimize efficiency and safety

Qualifications

Previous experience in pizza preparation or pizza kitchen roles within the food service or restaurant industry required
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering is a plus
Strong knife skills and proficiency in food handling are essential
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with dietary department or dietary aide experience is advantageous
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving customers and supporting colleagues
