We’re looking to add a talented Office Administrator to our team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Receiving load unit inventory into the POS software.
Recapping sales invoices and handling refund deals as needed.
Managing the deal log for sales tax reporting.
OEM Floorplan management.
Maintaining accurate and organized digital and physical records.

What we're looking for:

A pride-driven individual with customer service experience.
Previous accounting experience (required).
High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, including the ability to easily navigate worksheets and utilize advanced formulas to streamline the reconciliation process.
Proficiency with computers, phones, and other technology.
Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
Willingness to learn and adapt to procedures quickly.
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
Highly organized, dependable, and committed to maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 2 pm (30 hours per week)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
