Technology and innovation are an important part of how we operate. We are committed to using AI, automation, data, and modern systems to make our teams more efficient, improve decision-making, and build smarter processes as we continue to grow.

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Specialist to help expand the use of artificial intelligence and automation throughout our organization.

This is a hands-on role focused on identifying real business problems and turning them into practical AI solutions. You will work directly with different departments to understand their processes, identify opportunities, and implement technology that creates measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to implement AI and automation across the company.
Design, build, and maintain AI tools, agents, and automated workflows.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to reduce repetitive and manual work.
Integrate AI solutions with company systems, APIs, databases, spreadsheets, and third-party platforms.
Partner with Operations, HR, Customer Service, Logistics, Production, Marketing, IT, and other departments.
Develop solutions that improve productivity, accuracy, reporting, communication, and decision-making.
Test, troubleshoot, monitor, and continuously improve AI implementations.
Create documentation and standards for AI tools and automated processes.
Train employees and managers on new AI tools and workflows.
Research emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions for the business.
Measure results, including time saved, cost reduction, error reduction, and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

Experience with AI, automation, technology implementation, or process improvement.
Strong understanding of generative AI and LLM-based tools.
Experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar.
Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, or similar.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, and data workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
Experience building AI agents and custom workflows.
Experience with APIs and system integrations.
Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or process automation.
Experience working in a fast-paced, operational environment.
