Basic Qualifications:
3+ years in Epic Clarity implementation, support or coordination roles
Epic Clarity Certification (Clinical Data Model)
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
High School Diploma / GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Strong coordination and multitasking ability
Analytical problem-solving
Conflict resolution
Leadership and decision-making
Time zone management (Onshore–Offshore model)
