Struction Solutions, LLC is expanding its network of qualified roofing vendors in the Carrollton, Georgia area. We are seeking established and insured commercial roofing companies with experience performing tile roof repairs. Struction Solutions is seeking qualified roofing businesses interested in receiving project-specific scopes of work and submitting written quotes for consideration.
Projects will be offered on an as-needed basis. When an opportunity becomes available, qualified subcontractors may receive a detailed scope of work and an invitation to submit pricing. The scope may include project requirements, repair quantities, site conditions, scheduling needs, materials, and other applicable specifications.
Submission of company information does not guarantee a project award or minimum volume of work.
Potential Scope of Services
Projects may include:
Commercial tile roof inspections and repairs
Identification and repair of active roof leaks
Removal and replacement of cracked, broken, slipped, or missing tiles
Repairs involving clay or concrete tile roofing systems
Underlayment repairs
Flashing and sealant repairs
Repairs around penetrations, vents, valleys, ridges, hips, and related roof components
Replacement-tile matching and installation
Emergency or scheduled repair services
Before-and-after photographic documentation

Minimum Vendor Qualifications
Interested companies should be able to provide:

Applicable contractor licenses or registrations
General Liability insurance with coverage meeting project requirements
Workers’ Compensation insurance covering all employees and crew members
Experience performing commercial tile roof repairs
Qualified and properly supervised roofing personnel
Required tools, vehicles, safety equipment, and standard roofing equipment
OSHA-trained personnel or an established safety program
Commercial references
Photographs or descriptions of previous tile roof repair projects
Ability to provide written, project-specific quotes
Ability to meet customer, site-access, safety, insurance, and documentation requirements
