Job Summary
Level Tech Foundation & Concrete Repair is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively managing assigned territories and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires a proactive approach to upselling products and services while providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for sales and a knack for negotiation, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients in your designated territory to drive sales growth.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, effectively communicating value to potential customers.
Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
Manage territory sales by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing accounts.
Negotiate terms of sale with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and promote new products or services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or inside sales environments.
Strong understanding of territory management principles and techniques.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
Proficient in using software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening.
A self-starter who is motivated by achieving goals and driving results.
