Qualifications

MD, DO, or Nurse Practitioner
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Med-Peds, or appropriate nurse practitioner specialty
Eligible for unrestricted Colorado medical licensure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
Desire to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment
Established patient following or existing patient panel preferred
