Part-Time | Up to 20 Hours per Week

About the Role

Armario Homes is seeking a driven, results-oriented Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to help generate appointments, nurture our database, and support our top-producing real estate team.

This is an outbound sales role for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and turning conversations into opportunities. We're looking for someone who is motivated by achieving goals and earning bonuses based on performance.

What You'll Do

You'll begin by organizing and activating our Follow Up Boss CRM database, which includes more than 2,500 contacts. Your responsibilities will include:

Calling, texting, and emailing past clients and prospective clients
Building relationships and identifying buying or selling opportunities
Booking qualified buyer consultations and listing appointments for our Partners
Maintaining accurate records and notes in Follow Up Boss
Creating follow-up tasks and action plans
Setting clients up on property searches and email alerts when appropriate
Keeping the CRM organized and up to date

Once our database systems are established, you'll also generate new business by prospecting:

Circle prospecting around recent sales
Database reactivation campaigns
For Sale By Owner (FSBO)
Expired listings
Other outbound lead generation opportunities

Qualifications

Required

Minimum 2 years of sales experience (inside sales, real estate, mortgage, insurance, recruiting, or similar)
Experience using CRM software (Follow Up Boss experience is a plus)
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred

Previous Real Estate ISA experience
Real estate industry experience

Performance Expectations

Make 500+ outbound calls per week (depending on scheduled hours)
Consistently follow up with leads
Book qualified buyer and listing appointments
Maintain accurate CRM records
Meet weekly activity and appointment goals
