Full Job Description

Artemis Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and passionate physician to join our client's growing concierge primary care practice as a Founding Primary Care Physician. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of an innovative, physician-centered practice that combines the autonomy of private practice with the stability, resources, and support of an established organization. Position Name: Founding Primary Care Physician (PCP)
Location: San Francisco, CA
Employment Type: Direct-Hire & Permanent
Setting: Concierge Primary Care
Pay: $300,000-$400,000 Base + Performance Bonuses
Expected Total Annual Compensation: Approximately $900,000-$1,000,000
Shift: Full-Time | 4 in-office days per week with 1 admin/flex day | Patient Hours 9a-3p

Qualifications:
Required:
- MD from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
- Passion for providing personalized, relationship-based patient care.
- Willingness to practice within a concierge medicine model while maintaining excellent patient accessibility and responsiveness.
- Private Practice experience.

Preferred:
- Previous concierge, direct primary care (DPC), or value-based care experience.
- Strong bedside manner with the ability to build long-term patient relationships.
- Established professional network within the San Francisco Bay Area and a desire to become a long-term pillar of the local medical community.

Job Summary:
- Build and manage a concierge patient panel of approximately 200-250 patients, allowing for highly personalized, relationship-focused care. Company helps you build your panel!
- Deliver comprehensive primary care through a combination of in-person visits, telehealth appointments, preventive care, chronic disease management, care coordination, and secure patient communication.
- Enjoy significant autonomy in designing your clinical schedule while maintaining a healthy work-life balance and meeting patient care goals.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to help shape and grow a new practice, supported by dedicated marketing, operational, and administrative teams that allow you to focus on patient care.
