We operate a 12,000 sq. ft. collectibles store, serving collectors across sports cards, memorabilia, comics, vinyl, artwork, militaria, designer handbags, jewelry, and more. Our sister company, Treasure Trove Auctions, is expanding, and we need skilled professionals to help scale our online sales.
This is not a casual reselling position. We are looking for individuals with professional experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, and inventory management—someone who understands high-volume operations and can help drive sales efficiently.
Position: eBay & Shopify Listing Expert
Location: In-person (No remote work)
Job Type: Part-time
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
● Originate and optimize product listings on eBay and Shopify with speed and accuracy.
● Write compelling, SEO-optimized product descriptions to maximize visibility and sales.
● Capture and edit high-quality product images using photo editing software.
● Monitor and adjust pricing based on market trends.
● Ensure timely, high-volume listing output to keep inventory moving.
● Respond professionally to customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
● Assist with updates and maintenance of our Shopify Website (online store)
● Stay up to date on industry trends to refine selling strategies.
● Work collaboratively with the store and auction team for seamless operations.
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in e-commerce sales (eBay, Shopify, or other major platforms).
✔ Skilled in high-volume listing management—not just personal reselling.
✔ Strong knowledge of photo editing software (Photoshop, Canva, or similar).
✔ Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills.
✔ Ability to analyze market trends and optimize pricing strategies.
✔ Excellent written communication for crafting detailed, engaging listings.
✔ Team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused in a structured retail environment.
✔ Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
Compensation & Work Expectations:
Pay is based on skills, experience, and ability to manage high-volume listings efficiently.
