Full Job Description

About the Role

The Wash Shop is seeking a driven, hands-on Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that increase customer traffic, membership sales, retention, and revenue across our 18 express car wash locations.

This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter who can take ownership of projects, manage a marketing budget, and turn performance data into effective campaigns. You will report in part to the Director of Breeze Marketing and work closely with the Director of Operations and local teams.

The Wash Shop is part of Breeze Autocare, whose brands include Oil Changers, Oil Changers + Repair, and The Wash Shop.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase car wash traffic and membership growth
Manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, email, social media, and SMS
Plan and execute promotions, seasonal offers, and customer acquisition campaigns
Oversee local store marketing initiatives, community partnerships, and events
Manage customer loyalty and membership programs
Analyze campaign performance, customer data, and ROI to improve results
Strategically manage the marketing budget and allocate spending across campaigns
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels
Partner with operations teams to launch promotions and support individual locations
Identify cross-selling opportunities with Breeze Autocare’s oil change and repair businesses
Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners
Monitor competitor activity, consumer trends, and industry developments

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of professional marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and SMS tools
Experience planning campaigns and managing or assisting with marketing budgets
Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate campaign performance and ROI
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
Experience with a CRM or customer data platform
Familiarity with Google Workspace and design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or similar platforms
Initiative, creativity, and a willingness to learn

Preferred Experience

Marketing experience within a multi-location retail, restaurant, automotive, hospitality, or other consumer-facing business
Experience with local store marketing, customer loyalty programs, or membership-based businesses
Experience supporting promotions across multiple locations
