Overview

Join our dynamic culinary team as a versatile Cook, Server, and or Dishwasher positions! Whether you're preparing delicious meals, serving with enthusiasm, or maintaining a spotless kitchen, your efforts will be vital in creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere. Duties

Prepare a variety of menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and food safety standards
Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, poaching stations, braising pans, and food production machinery safely and efficiently
Assist in menu planning and meal preparation for high-volume service periods
Serve food to guests with professionalism and excellent customer service skills
Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing kitchen surfaces and dishware following food safety procedures
Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed at all times
Support catering events by assisting with setup, serving, and cleanup tasks

Requirements

Previous experience in dietary aide roles or the food industry is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures
Proficiency in food preparation techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and knife skills
Experience with food handling, meal preparation, and operating kitchen equipment
Familiarity with menu planning and recipe adherence in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively in high-volume production settings while maintaining quality standards
Excellent communication skills for serving guests and collaborating with team members
