Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

Location: Frisco, TX
Facility Type: Residential Treatment Center & Outpatient Mental Health Hospital

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide therapeutic services, case management, and support to individuals with mental health needs, substance use issues, and social challenges. The LMSW will play a key role in care coordination, client advocacy, and resource facilitation to improve outcomes for clients in a residential treatment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide individual, group counseling, and family counseling, with a focus on addiction recovery, trauma, and mental health support.
Facilitate motivational interviewing sessions to foster client engagement and goal setting.
Deliver crisis intervention services and support during acute behavioral episodes.
Collaborate with community agencies for housing assistance, job readiness programs, and other social services.
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and coordination.
Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Mentor and guide clients toward personal growth and independence.

Provide education and support regarding social service systems, including Medicare navigation when applicable.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
Current licensure as an LMSW in Texas; Compact license a plus.
Positions at multiple locations across the United States.
Willing to travel as needed.
Experience with addiction counseling, behavioral health, and trauma-informed care.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must pass a TB test, background check, and drug screening prior to employment
Pass EHR/ EMR Tebra training within 30 days of orientation

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
