Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager – $180K–$240K+ Earning Potential

Auto Mart USA – Parker, Colorado

Pay: $150,000–$250,000+ per year

Our successful F&I Managers typically earn $15,000–$20,000+ per month. Compensation is performance-based with uncapped earning potential.

Auto Mart USA is hiring an experienced, motivated Automotive Finance Manager / F&I Manager to join our successful team.

We are a family owned and operated dealership serving Colorado customers for decades. With 250+ vehicles in inventory, strong retail traffic, a loyal customer base, repeat and referral business, and an extensive lender network, we provide our Finance Managers with the tools and opportunity to produce at a very high level.

Our customers represent the full credit spectrum, from prime to challenged credit. Our strong lender relationships allow our Finance Department to structure a wide variety of deals while creating significant opportunities for finance reserve, service contracts, GAP, and ancillary product sales.

We already have above average warranty and ancillary product penetration. We're looking for an experienced F&I professional who knows how to structure deals, maximize approvals, present value, maintain compliance, and provide a first-class customer experience.

What You'll Do

As an F&I Manager at Auto Mart USA, you will manage the finance process from the initial sales handoff through final delivery. You'll work closely with customers, lenders, salespeople, and management to structure profitable, compliant transactions while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct early management introductions and smoothly transition customers from Sales to Finance
Interview customers to determine their financing needs, ownership goals, and payment objectives
Structure deals and submit applications to the appropriate lending partners
Work directly with lenders to maximize approvals and secure competitive financing options
Understand and effectively utilize lender programs across a broad range of credit profiles
Present financing options through a clear and transparent menu process
Professionally present vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and available ancillary protection products
Maximize finance reserve and product penetration while maintaining an ethical, customer-first approach
Maintain complete and accurate deal documentation
Ensure 100% compliance with applicable federal and Colorado laws and regulations
Proactively manage lender stipulations and funding requirements
Work toward funding the majority of deals within 48 hours
Follow up with customers when necessary to complete documentation and ensure satisfaction
Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Consistently achieve individual and departmental performance goals
Maintain superior knowledge of lender programs, finance products, and dealership processes
Assist Sales Management with TOs, deal structuring, and closing customers when needed
Work closely with the sales desk to maximize both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a producer.

The ideal candidate understands that exceptional F&I performance comes from strong lender relationships, proper deal structure, product knowledge, closing ability, compliance, and earning the customer's trust.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment and handling customers across a wide variety of credit situations.

Automotive F&I / dealership finance experience is required.

Qualifications

Automotive Finance Manager or F&I experience preferred
Strong automotive lending and deal-structuring knowledge
Proven sales and closing ability
Experience presenting F&I products through a menu process
Strong understanding of finance reserve, service contracts, GAP, and ancillary products
Ability to work effectively with prime and non-prime customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Understanding of automotive finance compliance requirements
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Professional appearance and communication
Ethical and customer-focused approach
Valid driver's license
Satisfactory driving record

Compensation

This is a performance-driven position with uncapped earning potential.

Our successful F&I Managers typically earn $15,000–$20,000+ per month, or approximately $180,000–$240,000+ annually.

Actual compensation will depend on individual performance, production, product penetration, finance performance, and overall results.
