```Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Prep Cook to join our team. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation, ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized, and supporting the culinary team in providing exceptional food service. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring ingredients
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food preparation
- Assist in cooking and baking various dishes as directed by the culinary team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and storing ingredients properly
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during meal service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
- Assist with catering events and special functions as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dietary Aide, Prep Cook, or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and meal preparation
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
