Full Job Description

Full-Time Account Representative – Collections

In this full-time, in-person position, you’ll work directly with consumers to resolve past-due accounts for our growing portfolio of West Coast clients. We’re looking for motivated, professional individuals who are confident communicators, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a technology-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Make manual outbound calls to consumers regarding past-due accounts
Work with consumers to identify appropriate solutions and resolve outstanding balances
Perform skip tracing to locate updated consumer contact information
Communicate professionally with attorneys and other authorized third parties
Handle disputes and work toward resolutions
Refer accounts for legal review when appropriate
Maintain accurate account documentation and records
Follow all applicable industry regulations, company policies, and compliance guidelines
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Professional and confident telephone presence
Strong listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable learning and using computer systems and technology
Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
Previous collections experience is not required!
