Weekend Receptionist
Roo Lan Health and Rehab – Lacey, WA
Part-Time (Weekends)

About Us:
Roo Lan Health and Rehab is a compassionate and dedicated skilled nursing facility located in Lacey, Washington. We take pride in providing high-quality care to our residents and fostering a warm, supportive environment for both our residents and staff.

We are currently seeking a dependable and friendly Weekend Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have healthcare reception experience and a heart for serving residents and their families. CNA certification is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately; deliver cordless phones to residents so they can connect with loved ones
Coordinate with nursing staff to check room readiness for new admissions
Ensure residents and/or their representatives complete all necessary admission packets
Update room door signage for admissions and room changes
Fax, scan, and upload required documents promptly and accurately
Assist families and visitors in locating resident rooms
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when stock is low
Update the admissions board to reflect upcoming admissions and communicate updates to floor staff
Take resident pictures to up load to resident charts.
Utilize Point Click Care, Outlook, Excel, and Word to manage daily administrative duties

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a receptionist in a healthcare setting required
CNA certification preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional and compassionate demeanor
Proficient in PCC, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Comfortable engaging with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
ABILITY TO WORK EVERY WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Schedule:

Part-Time: Saturdays and Sundays
