We're looking for a motivated Trial Attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience and an active State Bar license to join our team. You'll thrive here if you're passionate about strategy, courtroom advocacy, and building strong client relationships, and ready to take the next step in a dynamic, fast-paced practice with the flexibility to match.

The Role

As a Trial Attorney, you'll partner directly with our Senior Trial Attorney to manage a dynamic caseload from initial evaluation all the way through resolution. You'll take ownership across every stage of litigation: shaping case strategy, drafting motions, preparing for trial, handling low-level depositions, and representing clients in low-level matters. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real courtroom reps and the chance to make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do

Bring sharp legal judgment to case evaluations and craft creative, practical strategies for even the most complex matters.
Contribute to litigation reports and risk assessments that shape how we approach every case.
Represent the firm confidently at hearings, depositions, focus groups, and other court appearances.
Draft and finalize key legal documents, from complaints and motions to discovery responses and contracts, with speed and precision.
Cultivate genuine, trust-based relationships with clients and experts while staying ahead of emerging legislation and industry trends.
Bring a thoughtful, client-first approach to negotiating low-level settlements and mediations.
Mentor and develop legal staff, sharing knowledge and helping the team level up.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a law-related field required.
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent from an accredited law school required.

Experience:

Active license to practice law / membership in State Bar.
1-3 years of related litigation experience.

Other Important Information

Supervisor: Reports to the Senior Trial Attorney.
Status: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Hybrid schedule with one remote day per week. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Location: Beautiful office environment in Orange County, CA with the flexibility of one remote workday per week.
Salary: Starting at $145,000, depending on experience.
