Job Overview

BookBusky LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative and operational tasks. This role focuses on maintaining accurate information, organizing digital records, updating databases, and assisting with document processing.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with computers, and able to complete tasks accurately while managing multiple priorities. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in office administration and business operations. No previous experience is required training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems.
Review documents and verify data accuracy before processing.
Organize digital files, records, and business documents.
Process forms, reports, and internal documentation.
Perform routine data checks and correct missing or incorrect information.
Maintain accurate records and ensure information is up to date.
Assist with preparing spreadsheets and basic reports.
Scan, upload, and organize electronic documents.
Support administrative teams with daily office tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Communicate with team members regarding data updates and corrections.
Complete additional clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Previous data entry or office experience is a plus but not required.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good typing and organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
Reliable attendance and professional attitude.
