Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Remote Live Chat Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate communicator who is passionate about supporting our community and our mission to enhance the quality of life through innovative health initiatives. You will be the first point of contact for our users, playing a crucial role in representing our organisation's values and providing outstanding support.

Responsibilities

Engage with users in a timely, professional, and courteous manner via our live chat platform.
Provide accurate information and assistance regarding Phi International's projects, initiatives, and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve user queries effectively, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to user satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the user interaction until resolution.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all user communications and interactions within our system.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes by providing feedback and insights.
Uphold the professional and compassionate tone of Phi International in all communications.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer support, live chat, or client service role.
Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of the English language and meticulous attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in using digital communication tools and CRM software.
