Staff Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics | San Tan Physical Therapy – Queen Creek, AZ

As a Staff Physical Therapist, you’ll join an award-winning outpatient orthopedic practice with a strong community reputation and loyal referral base. You’ll collaborate closely with PTs and PTAs who share your passion for quality care and continual learning.

- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat orthopedic and sports-related injuries.
- Incorporate advanced manual therapy and exercise-based interventions that reflect both your clinical expertise and your ongoing professional development.
- Reassess and progress treatment plans consistently to ensure superior outcomes.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, teammates, and physicians.
- Participate in regular collaboration sessions with the therapy team to share insights, refine techniques, and ensure consistent quality of care.

With over 25 years of experience as a physical therapist, Joal has built a career centered on clinical excellence, mentorship, and patient connection. Ashley DeRamos, PT, DPT

Ashley is a residency-trained physical therapist with more than seven years of experience treating orthopedic and pelvic health conditions. Ashley's clinical expertise includes orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, dry needling, shockwave therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and pelvic health.
