Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Brand Ambassador to represent our company and promote our Non-Profit clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships with customers. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a positive brand image, engaging with the community, and driving product awareness through various marketing initiatives.

Duties

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
Engage with customers at events and in-store promotions to create brand loyalty.
Utilize media platforms to promote products, share experiences, and gather information from consumers.
Collect data on customer preferences and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
Deliver public speaking presentations at events to educate audiences about our brand and products.
Assist in event marketing efforts by planning and executing promotional activities that enhance brand visibility.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure alignment on brand messaging and goals.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance our outreach efforts.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred.
Experience in research data collection methods is a plus.
Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively.
Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Experience in event marketing or promotional activities is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
A positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
