We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and tech-savvy Marketing & Event Technology Manager to support our growing portfolio of client programs and internal marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative design and technical execution, and who can seamlessly move between building registration websites, designing event branding, and creating engaging marketing content.

Primary Areas of Responsibility

Event Registration & Event Technology (Cvent)

Serve as the lead resource for registration website development and attendee-facing event technology.

Responsibilities include:

Build and manage registration websites using Cvent
Create and maintain event registration flows, attendee communications, surveys, and reporting
Design and create digital assets including website graphics, banners, icons, and event app branding
Support event mobile apps and attendee engagement tools
Manage attendee data and registration reporting
Troubleshoot registration and technology-related issues
Ensure a seamless attendee experience across all event technology platforms

Event Branding, Marketing Materials & Creative Design

Develop and execute creative branding and marketing materials for client events and internal initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

Create custom event logos and visual identities for client programs
Design agendas, signage, presentations, room drops, departure notices, and event collateral
Develop client-facing proposals, destination presentations, and marketing materials
Lead event branding projects from concept through final production
Coordinate with print vendors and production partners
Ensure brand consistency across all client and company deliverables
Support large-scale venue and hotel branding installation

Social Media & Marketing Engagement

Manage EPIC's digital presence and help showcase the incredible experiences we create.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
Create graphics, videos, and marketing content highlighting events, destinations, and company initiatives
Write engaging captions and social media content
Support website updates and digital marketing initiatives
Assist with email marketing campaigns and company communications
Maintain EPIC's brand voice and visual identity across all channels

Additional Responsibilities

Build and maintain Typeform surveys and data collection tools
Assist with branded merchandise, gifting programs, and company uniforms
Support video production projects and vendor coordination
Research destinations, venues, and industry trends for proposals and business development initiatives
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, and other emerging technologies to improve efficiency and content creation
Support internal meetings, trainings, and special projects
Provide occasional onsite event support and travel assistance when needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Event Management, Business or related field preferred.
2-5 years of experience in marketing, event technology, graphic design, or a related field.
Experience with Cvent required
Advanced Canva experience required
Adobe Illustrator proficiency preferred
Strong PowerPoint presentation design skills
Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Experience

Incentive travel, hospitality, meetings, or events industry experience
Event branding and signage production
Website content management
Video editing or production coordination
Merchandise sourcing and gifting programs
Experience utilizing AI tools and automation platforms
