SEEKING AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/RECEPTIONIST EXTRAORDINAIRE!

In order to apply, potential applicants must meet the following 4 criteria:

#3) You are able to handle lots of people at one time (if multiple people are looking at you for direction you are able to calmly take care of them).

#4) You have great attention to detail and awesome organization and marketing skills.

Position: All-star administrative/office manager and receptionist for a busy, family based chiropractic office located on the west side of Chanhassen, MN (near the Landscape Arboretum).

Hours:

~15-30 hours/week.

Compensation: Pay is negotiable and commensurate with the experience and professionalism you bring to the table. $18/hour starting point

Health insurance benefits are not offered. However, complimentary chiropractic care is included for yourself and your immediate family members, as well as discounts on therapeutic massage and nutritional supplements!

Our Mission: Restoring the health of the Southwest Metro community through corrective & wellness Chiropractic care in a family friendly setting.

Job Description: Your primary responsibility is to keep the office running smoothly through efficiently greeting and directing practice members, communicating via phone and email, completing tasks and effectively organizing the office. This allows us to create a customer-focused experience for each person that is in our office, from the time they enter to the time they leave.

Primary Skills and Attributes Needed:

Friendly and charismatic personality
Excellent organization and time-management skills

Aside from greeting patients in a friendly manner, you will also be scheduling, taking payments, and handling phone calls. General office organization, tidying, paperwork, and emails are high priorities. Other duties include assistance with office workshops, managing day to day business operations, occasional marketing tasks such as social media content creation and management, Internal and External Marketing campaigns, and local/ community event scheduling and outreach.

We're looking for someone with a positive and upbeat outlook on life, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple projects. Additionally, we're seeking a candidate who has a desire to help people achieve their health goals, an ability to remain calm with a lot happening at once, and the ability to take charge and direct people when there is a lot going on and many people in the office at one time.

Training on our procedures and systems will be provided.
