Overview
Dominion Center for Behavioral Health Services (DCBHS) is one of the largest multidisciplinary mental health practices in Loudoun County, providing high quality outpatient psychiatric, psychological and counseling services for individuals in Northern Virginia. Partnered with Grafton Integrated Health Network, DCBHS is therapist-operated and passionate about fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. We are actively seeking therapists from a variety of backgrounds to join our team to service children and adolescents.

Fully Furnished Office Space: Located in South Riding, VA, our office space can come fully-furnished upon request.

Supportive Team Environment: DCBHS covers intake screenings, paperwork, scheduling, and billing, and will guide you in the credentialing process and coding with insurance companies, so you can focus on clinical work and case coordination.

Extensive Referral Base: DCBHS accepts both self-pay and insured clients. We have a long-established reputation within the community with active connections with local schools, doctors’ offices, and insurance directories, ensuring a steady flow of referrals.

Curated Client Matches: We take great care in matching you with clients who are a good fit based on your preferences and areas of expertise, ensuring more fulfilling sessions and minimizing burnout.

Additional Revenue Opportunities: Supervision, evaluations, coaching, etc.

Qualifications

Ability to manage a minimum caseload of 10 clients with the ability to see clients in-person/in a hybrid format.
Master's Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
Active licensure in the state of Virginia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (LCP).
Experience working with children and adolescents in clinical settings, including home & community care environments.
Ability to maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation.
Must carry active professional liability insurance.
Ability to work independently as an independent contractor while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams dedicated to mental health care excellence. Embark on a rewarding journey helping children and adolescents overcome challenges through innovative therapeutic approaches!

Compensation

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - 1099: $58-84/hr
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - 1099: $58-84/hr
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - 1099: $58-84/hr
Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) - 1099: $68-$100/hr
