Full Job Description

ATS-SALES, LLC is seeking a motivated individual who can work well in a dynamic work environment and has project management skills. The Project Manager is responsible for managing schedules, vendor interactions and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly to team members and vendors, multitask throughout each day, and maintain a high level of professionalism as a representative of our company, and be teachable and trainable as the position evolves. The employee must have at least five years of experience working in project management and coordinating inner office workflow. They must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with good organization and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities:

· Progress Monitoring: Track milestones, tasks, and deadlines against project plans and timelines

Maintain Project timelines and create tasks through Smartsheets software
Address information queries from our customers & vendors via email or phone
Prepare Purchase Orders, Communications (memos, emails, reports and other correspondence) for internal use, to our customers and to our suppliers
Create, Maintain and store records both electronic and physical
Track project task work-flow through to completion using software-based tools
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Do administrative tasks as and when needed
Utilize and Develop proficiency with Software/Databases such as Outlook, QuickBooks, QuoteWerks, Smartsheets, Microsoft Office Suite
Actively participate in the development and enhancement of your department, offering insight and ideas that may improve the overall quality and success of the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
