Role summary:
The (USA) Master Plumber, Facility Services, is responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems to ensure facility safety, functionality, and compliance with all applicable codes. This role involves diagnosing complex plumbing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and leading repairs while providing technical guidance to maintenance teams. The position requires managing work orders, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. What you'll do:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, facilities, and equipment to ensure safety and functionality.

Inspect, diagnose, and resolve complex plumbing issues using blueprints, manuals, and specialized tools.

Design and plan large-scale plumbing repairs or modifications in compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Lead and mentor plumbing and maintenance staff, providing technical guidance and training on best practices and safety protocols.

Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, parts procurement, and contractor coordination to support facility operations.

Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls and ensure documentation of all maintenance activities.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of water supply, waste disposal, and gas lines.

Ability to interpret blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs to diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues.

Comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and national plumbing codes and compliance requirements.

Experience leading and mentoring plumbing teams, providing technical guidance and training.

Strong skills in preventive maintenance, emergency response, and documentation of maintenance activities.

The hourly wage range for this position is $35.00 - $70.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

- Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
- Licensed Master Plumber or equivalent in good standing in the state of work.
