We are a fast-growing roofing and exteriors company founded by the #1 roofing sales rep in the nation, and we are hiring the person who keeps the whole operation running smoothly.

Sales brings the work in. Crews put the roofs on. You are the one who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks in between: the phones, the schedule, the paperwork, the follow-up, the details that separate a professional company from every fly-by-night roofer in the Lowcountry.

And here is the part no other office job in Charleston can say: we have AI systems built out that erase the busywork. The filing, the drafting, the repetitive follow-ups that eat most office managers alive? Automated. You will feel like you are cheating the work day.

What Your Day Looks Like

Answer and route incoming calls like you own the first impression, because you do
Schedule inspections, appointments, and crew logistics, and keep the calendar airtight
Keep customer files, photos, and job documents organized and current in our CRM
Prepare and send documents, follow up on signatures, and chase down the loose ends
Order supplies, keep the office stocked and presentable, and handle day-to-day admin
Support the owner and sales team so they can stay in front of customers instead of buried in paperwork

This is a daily-execution seat. No two days are identical, but every day ends with the details handled.

What You Will Make

$45,000 to $55,000 salary based on experience
Paid holidays and PTO

You Are Probably a Fit If

You have 2+ years in an office admin, coordinator, or front-office role (home services, construction, medical, or legal offices are a plus)
You are unshakably organized and slightly offended by chaos
You are warm and professional on the phone, even on the busy days
You are comfortable learning new software fast (CRM, Google Workspace, e-signature tools)
You take ownership. When something slips, your instinct is to fix it, not explain it
