About Replay Surfacing

Replay Surfacing is a rapidly growing company specializing in sustainable rubber surfacing solutions for playgrounds, sport courts, and public spaces across the country. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented General Administrative Assistant to support our leadership and back-office operations.

This is a true “catch-all” support role that works closely with ownership and finance, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who wants broad exposure to how a growing company operates.

Position Overview

The General Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative, organizational, and operational support to Replay Surfacing’s Owner, leadership team, and bookkeeping/finance functions. This role touches many areas of the business and will evolve over time, offering the opportunity to specialize as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Administrative & Office Support

General office organization and paperwork management

Assisting leadership with miscellaneous administrative tasks

Assisting with marketing duties as needed

Bookkeeping & Finance Support

Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry

HR & People Operations Support

Assisting with HR-related paperwork and employee documentation

Shipping & Logistics

Preparing and sending packages via FedEx and other carriers

General Support

Acting as a flexible support resource for the Owner, leadership team, and finance

Ideal Candidate

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

Previous administrative, office, or operations experience
