Job Description

Manage 2-4 concurrent construction projects ranging from approximately $7M-$15M in value.
Oversee projects through all phases, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and closeout.
Utilize Procore extensively for project administration, communication, documentation, cost management, and reporting.
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
Track project financials, monitor risks, and maintain schedules and project milestones.
Drive project execution while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with operations leadership and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and help maintain best practices across project management operations.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction, multifamily construction, or related sectors.
Strong Assistant Project Managers with demonstrated leadership and project ownership will also be considered.
Advanced proficiency with Procore is required.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ground-up multifamily experience is highly preferred.
Exposure to commercial, education, retail, hospitality, industrial, or mixed-use projects is a plus.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work full-time from the Mooresville, NC office.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local project sites as needed.
