Join our legal team as a Real Estate Paralegal and become a vital contributor to our real estate practice. We are seeking a motivated professional who thrives on organization, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional legal administrative support. In this position, you will play a key role in managing closing files, coordinating with clients and attorneys, and ensuring smooth workflow across multiple legal disciplines. Your expertise will help us uphold the highest standards of legal service while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Assist with real estate transactions including pre-closing duties and preparation of closing documents.
Manage case files using document management systems; ensure all records are accurate, organized, and up-to-date.
Support attorneys with project management tasks
Coordinate with external agencies as needed
Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, answering phones professionally, and handling correspondence efficiently.

Experience

Proven paralegal experience in a law office setting with exposure to real estate law
Strong knowledge of legal administrative processes including document management systems like Softpro.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
Exceptional writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; keen proofreading abilities to ensure error-free work.
Strong communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette; ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team.
