Picker / Packer – Full-Time
We specialize in large-format fabric printing, SEG (Silicone Edge Graphics), tradeshow displays, booths, and lightboxes.
We are looking for a full-time Picker / Packer to join our production team. This position plays an important role in preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring products are measured, packed, labeled, and shipped accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Measure fabric graphics and verify sizes according to production requirements
- Pick and organize production orders
- Pack finished products and prepare shipments
- Label and organize packages for shipping
- Inspect products before shipment to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized production area
- Report damaged materials or quality issues to the manager
- Assist with general production and warehouse tasks as needed
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Properly document production work when required
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to use a PC and basic computer programs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy production environment
- Ability to communicate clearly with management and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Positive “can-do” attitude and willingness to support the team
- Ability to learn new processes and production procedures
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or production experience is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to move, organize, and stack boxes and materials
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment
