What You’ll Do as an Warehouse Associate / Scheduling Clerk:

Assist with daily operations to ensure the office and workplace run smoothly
Coordinate schedules for deliveries, installs, and service appointments
Answer phone calls and manage incoming/outgoing emails promptly
Organize workflow by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments
Maintain organized filing systems, customer databases, and calendars
Maintain a positive, professional relationship with all customers
Assist in the warehouse as needed, including unloading delivery trucks
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results and tasks as needed

Skills and Experience:

What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

Must be 18 years of age or older
Prior experience in office administration or operations support preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, primarily Outlook and Teams
Strong communication skills via phone and email
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Good driving history (required)
Ability to pass a drug test (required)
Ability to work on-site at the office/warehouse location in Gastonia, NC
Physically able to assist with warehouse tasks, including unloading trucks
