The Role of Call Center Representative:

As a CCR at Superior Plumbing and Drains, you play a pivotal role in delivering our mission of delivering high-quality service. Your daily tasks include booking and assigning jobs, ensuring our skilled technicians are well-prepared and punctual, and delivering exceptional customer service that ensures our clients have a Superior experience. We're on the lookout for an incredibly organized individual who pays attention to the smallest details, excels at communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Master the art of multitasking, work well under pressure, and take the initiative to complete tasks and find areas for improvement.
Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing top-notch service to our valued customers and technicians.
Manage data entry efficiently using our scheduling and invoicing system (Housecall Pro/ServiceTitan).
Be the scheduling wizard, coordinating appointments and assigning jobs to our skilled technicians.
Keep a close eye on our fleet vehicles and technicians' schedules.
Utilize professional phone etiquette for tasks like "call aheads," "happy calls," estimate follow-ups, and cold calls.
Discuss and promote maintenance agreements with our customers.
Keep an eye on our email inbox, responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Interact with property management companies, ensuring their plumbing needs are met promptly.
Stay on top of lead providers like Angi Ads, Angi Leads, Porch, and Google Local Ads, and respond in a timely manner.
Provide exemplary customer service, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
Coordinate and dispatch technicians efficiently based on service area, skill set, and job type.
Keep things organized and running like clockwork.
Maintain a professional image and uphold the confidentiality of our data and business information.Physical Requirements:
Comfortable working in an office environment, which includes extended periods of sitting, computer and telephone use, and preparing reports and data.
Capable of standing, walking, and occasionally participating in marketing events outside the office.
On rare occasions, able to lift up to 20 lbs of materials or equipment.

Education, Preferred Qualifications, and Certifications:

Minimum of two years of customer service or dispatching experience is a must.
Experience in a trade company is highly valued.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Sheets is a plus.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or finance would be the cherry on top!
