Full Job Description

Spaghett is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to help lead our dining room and elevate every aspect of the guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in service, has a deep appreciation for food and wine, and enjoys coaching a team to deliver thoughtful, polished hospitality.

We are a chef-driven, prix fixe restaurant focused on seasonal ingredients, intentional service, and creating memorable dining experiences. Our goal is to help put Charlotte's dining scene on the international map while building one of the city's premier hospitality teams.

What You'll Do

Lead nightly front-of-house operations with a calm, service-first approach.
Set the tone for exceptional hospitality and ensure every guest receives a warm, personalized experience.
Support, coach, and develop the front-of-house team through daily feedback, education, and service standards.
Maintain a strong presence on the floor, anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns with professionalism.
Possess a strong understanding of wine, including service, pairings, and staff education.
Collaborate closely with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure seamless execution of the guest experience.
Assist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, ordering, and opening/closing procedures.
Utilize Toast POS and reservation platforms to manage service flow and guest information.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety standards.
Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture built around excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of management experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
Strong wine knowledge is required.
Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Ability to remain composed and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Toast POS is preferred but not required.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
