As our concepts continue to grow, we are looking for a vibrant, driven leader to be the face of our restaurants—both on the floor and online!
The Role
We are seeking a Front of House Hospitality & Social Media Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and naturally brings people together. You will wear two exciting hats: leading and building our FOH team to ensure flawless guest experiences, and acting as the digital voice of our brands across social media platforms.

What You’ll Do
Hospitality & Team Leadership:

Be the Face of the House: Bring an infectious, positive energy to the floor every day. Warmly greet guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure everyone leaves happy.
Build the Dream Team: Take the lead in recruiting, hiring, and training a top-tier FOH staff.
Inspire & Retain: Foster a supportive, high-energy work culture that encourages staff retention and exceptional performance.
Daily Operations: Manage floor service, handle scheduling, address guest feedback gracefully, and keep the FOH running smoothly.

Social Media & Marketing:

Content Creation: Snap high-quality photos and videos of our dishes, team in action, and daily specials to keep our digital presence fresh and exciting.
Community Engagement: Manage our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts. Respond to comments and direct messages with the same hospitality you show in person.
Brand Voice: Write engaging captions and develop simple, effective social media strategies to drive foot traffic and highlight our unique restaurant concepts.

Who You Are

A Natural Host: You are deeply outgoing, genuinely friendly, and love interacting with customers.
A Proven Professional: We highly value loyalty and longevity. A strong track record of steady, long-term commitment in your previous roles is a major plus.
A Leader: You have previous experience managing or supervising a restaurant FOH and know how to motivate a team.
Social Media Savvy: You know your way around modern social platforms, understand what makes food content engaging, and can capture the vibe of a restaurant through a lens.
Organized & Adaptable: You can effortlessly transition from handling a busy lunch rush to staging a photo of a pastrami sandwich or bao bun.

What We Offer
