Full Job Description

The Role

As a Pause Nurse at our South End studio, you're the resident expert in our IV program and a direct line of support to our clients. You'll administer IV therapy and injections, guide clients through our drip offerings, and make sure every visit exceeds expectations, all in a more relaxed, rewarding environment than a traditional clinical setting. This role is ideal for an RN who wants to bring their clinical skill into a wellness-focused space and grow with a fast-emerging brand.

What You'll Do

Administer IV therapy and IM injections to clients
Assess each client's appropriateness for infusion therapy
Obtain and document client medical history at intake and on an ongoing basis
Communicate observations of client response to therapy with the care team, including the nursing supervisor, dispensing pharmacist, registered dietitian, and licensed prescriber, as needed
Maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of all infusion therapies, following Company policies, procedures, and protocols
Comply with all State and Federal regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA standards, as well as home infusion standards of practice
Complete all required training upon hire and annually, including CPR certification
Serve as a professional representative of Pause when educating clients, payers, and referral sources

What You'll Bring

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
Concierge Nurse backgrund - must have IV therapy experience
Clinical experience in a setting that builds proficiency in infusion therapy (e.g., med-surg, ED, ICU, PACU, or similar)
Proficiency with electronic medical record documentation
Current CPR/BLS certification
Exceptional customer service skills and genuine empathy
A passion for physical and mental fitness, wellness, and recovery
Strong attention to detail and comfort multitasking in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
