BridgeCare ABA is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinic Director (BCBA) to lead our growing clinical team. This is a high-impact leadership role for a BCBA ready to step into operations, supervision, and program development while continuing to change the lives of children with autism.

As Clinic Director, you will oversee clinical quality, staff development, and program success while ensuring exceptional care for every child and family served.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and ensure effectiveness of ABA programming and clinical services
Conduct comprehensive assessments and guide treatment planning
Supervise, mentor, and support Behavior Technicians and clinical staff
Provide training and ongoing professional development for team members
Oversee data collection, progress monitoring, and clinical reporting
Develop and implement individualized treatment programs (IEPs/IFSPs)
Conduct caregiver and parent training when appropriate
Prepare annual clinical reports and program effectiveness reviews
Support clinic operations, scheduling, and team coordination

What You Bring:

Current BCBA certification
Active NC LBA license
Experience in a clinic-based ABA setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
Ability to conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
