Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience.
Maintain front desk operations, including managing cash drawers and processing payments.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist in managing guest relations to foster repeat business and positive reviews.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with night audit procedures is an advantage.
Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems efficiently.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests quickly.
