Location: Charlottesville and Orange, VA (Required to alternate days in both offices)

Schedule: Full-Time, In-Person

Compensation: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience, with additional compensation opportunities for licensed real estate professionals.

Corcoran Wiley is seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support our growing real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a strong interest in real estate. You'll play a key role in keeping our offices running smoothly while providing executive-level administrative support in a professional, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
Provide executive administrative support to the brokers and sales team.
Coordinate calendars, appointments, meetings, and communications.
Maintain office systems, supplies, and vendor relationships.
Assist with real estate transaction coordination and administrative tasks.
Prepare documents, presentations, and marketing materials.
Help onboard new agents and support team operations.
Answer phones, greet clients, and create a welcoming office environment.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and organization.

Qualifications

5+ years of office management or executive assistant experience required.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with real estate software is a plus.
A positive, self-motivated attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
Interest in real estate is highly preferred.
Active Virginia real estate license is a plus and offers additional compensation opportunities.
