Full Job Description

Glow Orthodontics is a brand-new, boutique orthodontic practice in Chanhassen, MN. We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused team member to join our team!

We are looking for someone who loves working with people, brings positive energy to the office every day, and enjoys a role where no two days look exactly the same. If you are organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy helping others feel cared for, you may be the perfect fit for our team.

About the Role

This is a dynamic role that combines front office, treatment coordination, and orthodontic assisting responsibilities. You will be an important part of creating a seamless, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations, including patient scheduling, patient communication, billing, insurance verification, and collections
Coordinate new patient consultations and patient follow-up
Utilize practice management software and help maintain organized systems
Chairside assisting during clinical procedures, including sterilization and records
Ordering supplies, inventory management, vendor coordination
Assist with marketing efforts, referral relationships, and community outreach

Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

Has a Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) license
Has orthodontic assisting experience (preferred)
Has experience with treatment coordination or dental front office responsibilities (preferred)
Communicates clearly and confidently with patients, families, and teammates
Is organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking
Learns quickly and enjoys trying new things
Brings a positive, upbeat, team-oriented attitude
Truly enjoys working with people and creating great experiences
