Full Job Description

We are now hiring a Patient Care Coordinator in our Catskill, NY Miracle-Ear location. The responsibilities include exceptional service to our customers both over the phone and face to face, scheduling appointments, daily clerical duties, verifying insurance, email correspondence, and ordering merchandise. Candidates must possess the following:

-Consistent attendance and punctuality

- Outgoing personality

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- The ability to multi-task in a busy office

- Can work independently

- Maintain an orderly and organized office

- Willingness to learn new policies and always comply with HIPAA regulations

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records with accuracy.
Handle phone inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
Process patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Support medical staff with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
Collaborate with team members to enhance patient service and office efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
